1^st Ace Security are now pleased to offer a full keyholding service provided by our own dedicated team.

We look after many different types of properties, from homes to businesses, schools to construction sites.

We are also able to provide bespoke solutions to tailor to your specific requirements.

How Keyholding Works:

• We meet with you at your property, collect a set of keys and take note of instructions on how to get into the property and how to operate the alarm system
• When your alarm activates, We are notified by the monitoring station
• We dispatch our closest Keyholding officer with your keys
• If it’s safe, we enter your property and assess the situation
• We investigate, locate the cause and if possible rectify the problem
• If a major incident has occurred, we will notify the police, contact your emergency contacts to let them know
• When everything is secure, we will set the alarm and lock up
